Leveraged Cup Terms
OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Version 1.0 | Effective: 17 June 2026
1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Leveraged Cup 2026 (the “Competition”), operated by Leveraged (“Leveraged”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By registering for the Competition, each participant (“Trader” or “Participant”) agrees to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register or participate.
The Competition is a trading challenge event designed to reward skill and performance in simulated and funded trading environments. It is not a form of gambling, financial advice, or an offer of investment services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cyprus.
2. Registration
2.1 How to Register
To participate in the Leveraged Cup 2026, each Trader must register at:
https://getleveraged.com/leveragedcup
Registration requires the following information:
- A valid email address (used as the unique account identifier)
- A competition nickname (displayed on the leaderboard; must be appropriate and non-offensive)
- The national football team the Trader supports (for competition display purposes only)
2.2 Registration Requirements
- Traders must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Each Trader may register only once. Multiple registrations using different email addresses by the same individual are prohibited and may result in disqualification.
- Traders are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date registration information. Leveraged reserves the right to disqualify any Trader found to have provided false or misleading information.
- Registration does not guarantee entry into the Final Four Stage; it only qualifies a Trader to participate in the First Phase.
- Leveraged reserves the right to reject any registration at its sole discretion.
3. Competition Structure Overview
The Leveraged Cup 2026 consists of two distinct phases:
| Phase | Name | Dates (GMT) |
| Phase 1 | First Phase (Qualification) | 17 June 2026, 09:00 GMT — 1 July 2026, 09:00 GMT |
| Phase 2 | Final Four (Live Event) | Date to be announced |
4. First Phase — Qualification
4.1 Eligibility & Entry
The First Phase runs from 17 June 2026 at 09:00 GMT to 1 July 2026 at 09:00 GMT. To participate, Traders must purchase at least one Sprint Challenge account through Leveraged’s standard purchasing process. Purchasing a Sprint Challenge is subject to the standard fees and terms applicable to Sprint Challenge accounts at the time of purchase.
4.2 Scoring
Each Trader’s score is determined by their highest achieved payout percentage relative to their initial Sprint Challenge account balance (the “Score”). The Score is calculated as:
Score (%) = (Payout Amount ÷ Initial Account Balance) × 100
- A Score is only recorded once a Trader has passed their Sprint Challenge and reached a payout in the funded stage, in accordance with the Sprint program rules.
- Scores generated only within the simulated/evaluation stage that have not progressed to a funded payout do not qualify for ranking purposes.
4.3 Multiple Attempts
Each Trader may purchase multiple Sprint Challenge accounts and make multiple attempts during the First Phase. Only the Trader’s single highest qualifying Score (highest payout %) achieved during the First Phase will count as their qualifying score for the Grand Prize leaderboard.
4.4 Tiebreaker Rules
In the event of a tie in qualifying Score (payout %), the following tiebreaker rules apply in order of precedence:
- The Trader with the higher initial account size on the tied scoring attempt will be ranked higher.
- If both the Score and account size are identical, the Trader who reached the funded payout first (by timestamp) will be ranked higher.
4.5 Daily Prize
During the First Phase, a Daily Prize of USD $200 will be awarded each calendar day to the Trader who achieved the highest payout percentage on a completed, qualifying Sprint Challenge on that specific day.
- “Day” is defined as 00:00:00 GMT to 23:59:59 GMT.
- The same Trader may win the Daily Prize on multiple days; however, no single Trader may be awarded the Daily Prize more than three (3) times in total across the entire First Phase.
- If a Trader has already won the Daily Prize three times, they are ineligible for further Daily Prize awards and the prize for that day passes to the next-highest scorer.
- Winning the Daily Prize does not affect a Trader’s eligibility for the Grand Prize.
- Leveraged reserves the right to verify and validate all results before awarding the Daily Prize. In case of dispute, Leveraged’s determination is final.
- The Daily Prize will be paid in accordance with Leveraged’s standard payout options. Payment timing and method are subject to Leveraged’s payout terms.
5. Sprint Challenge Parameters
The Sprint Challenge used for the Competition operates under the following parameters:
| Phases | 1 phase |
| Profit Target | 2% |
| News Trading | Allowed |
| First Withdrawal | Instant (first withdrawal is immediate upon reaching the funded stage) |
| Daily Drawdown Limit | 1% |
| Maximum Drawdown Limit | 1% |
Traders should consult the current Sprint program documentation on the Leveraged website for the most up-to-date parameters. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Sprint program rules, the Sprint program rules prevail for the purposes of account management; these Terms prevail for the purposes of competition scoring and prizes.
6. Final Four Stage
6.1 Qualification & Invitation
At the close of the First Phase (1 July 2026, 09:00 GMT), the top 4 Traders with the highest qualifying Scores will advance to the Final Four Stage. Qualifying Traders will be contacted by Leveraged via the email address provided at registration within a reasonable period following the close of the First Phase.
Each qualifying Trader must confirm their acceptance of the Final Four invitation within 48 hours of Leveraged’s outreach. Failure to confirm within this window will be deemed a forfeit of the Trader’s spot. In that case, the next-highest-ranked Trader on the leaderboard will be invited, and the same 48-hour acceptance window will apply. This process continues until four confirmed participants are secured.
It is the Trader’s responsibility to monitor their registered email address. Leveraged accepts no liability for missed communications due to spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or failure to monitor correspondence.
6.2 Technical Requirements
To participate in the Final Four Stage, each qualifying Trader must have and maintain all of the following:
- A desktop or laptop computer capable of running the Leveraged trading platform at full functionality
- A stable, reliable internet connection sufficient for live trading and simultaneous video streaming
- A functioning webcam with adequate video quality for live broadcast
- A functioning microphone with adequate audio quality for live broadcast
- An appropriate, professional, and distraction-free environment suitable for live streaming
Leveraged reserves the right to conduct a technical check prior to the live event. A Trader who fails the technical check and cannot meet requirements by the scheduled start time may be replaced by the next-ranked Trader from the First Phase leaderboard.
6.3 Technical Failures During the Live Event
Once the Final Four Stage has commenced, each Trader is solely responsible for their own equipment, internet connection, and technical setup. In the event of a technical failure on the Trader’s side (including but not limited to internet disconnection, hardware failure, platform crash, or power outage):
- The Trader must resolve the technical issue and reconnect independently, without pausing or delaying the competition for other participants.
- If the Trader cannot resolve their technical issue and resume active participation before the 90-minute competition window closes, they are deemed to have forfeited their participation in the Final Four Stage.
- No time extension, reimbursement, or re-run of the competition will be granted due to a Trader’s technical failure.
- Leveraged accepts no responsibility for any technical failures on the part of the Trader.
6.4 The Live Sprint to Cash Competition
The Final Four Stage date will be announced by Leveraged following the close of the First Phase. The event will be streamed live across Leveraged’s official social media channels. Each of the four confirmed Traders will be assigned a $100,000 Sprint trading account and will compete for 90 minutes.
Scoring for the Final Four Stage (in order of precedence):
- Primary scoring: The highest monetary amount generated within the funded stage during the 90-minute window.
- If no competitor reaches the funded stage: the highest monetary amount generated within the simulated (evaluation) stage, provided the Trader has not breached their account and been eliminated.
Breach and Retry Rule: Each Trader is permitted one (1) account breach with a single retry during the Final Four Stage. If a Trader’s account is breached a second time, they are immediately eliminated from the competition and receive no further score.
Tie Resolution: In the event of a tie, the Trader who reached their highest score first (by confirmed timestamp) will be ranked higher.
The specific session start time and any additional operational rules will be communicated to confirmed Final Four participants in advance. Leveraged reserves the right to modify the format with reasonable advance notice to confirmed participants.
6.5 Broadcast & Media Consent
By confirming participation in the Final Four Stage, each Trader grants Leveraged an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to record, broadcast, stream, reproduce, edit, and distribute their likeness, voice, image, username, and trading activity from the Final Four Stage across all media channels, now known or hereafter developed, for promotional, marketing, educational, and commercial purposes, without further compensation.
7. Prizes
7.1 Grand Prize
The winner of the Final Four Stage will be awarded the Grand Prize of USD $20,000 (twenty thousand United States Dollars).
IMPORTANT — Nature of the Grand Prize: The Grand Prize is a cash award only. It represents an estimate of the cost of two (2) tickets to the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final in New York, international flights, and accommodations. Leveraged does not, and is under no obligation to:
- Purchase or provide FIFA World Cup Final tickets of any kind
- Book, arrange, or fund any flights or travel
- Book, arrange, or fund any hotel, accommodation, or other travel-related expenses
- Guarantee the availability of tickets, or that any specific sporting event will occur as expected
The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for determining how to use the cash award. Leveraged makes no representation that $20,000 will be sufficient to cover the actual cost of attending any event. Any such expenditure is entirely at the winner’s own risk and discretion.
7.2 Daily Prize
As described in Section 4.5, a Daily Prize of USD $200 is awarded each day during the First Phase, subject to the cap of three (3) wins per Trader.
7.3 Prize Payment
- All prizes will be paid in accordance with Leveraged’s standard payout options, as available to the Trader on their Leveraged account at the time of payment.
- All prizes are denominated in US Dollars. Conversion fees or exchange rate differences when withdrawing in another currency are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Prizes are subject to applicable taxes, duties, and levies in the winner’s jurisdiction. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying any such taxes.
- Before releasing any prize, Leveraged reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of age, and any documentation required for KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance.
- Prizes cannot be transferred, assigned, or exchanged.
- Leveraged will make reasonable efforts to process prize payments within 30 business days of the conclusion of the relevant phase, subject to KYC/AML verification being completed.
8. Independent Trading Requirement & Identity Verification
8.1 Independent Trading
All trading activity submitted as part of the Competition must be performed independently and personally by the registered Trader. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Allowing any other person, system, or service to trade on the Trader’s behalf
- Using automated trading bots, expert advisors (EAs), copy trading services, or any algorithmic tool not expressly permitted under the Sprint program rules
- Following, mirroring, or replicating the trades of another Trader or third party
- Receiving trade signals or instructions from any third party and executing them as directed
Leveraged reserves the right to review trading patterns and activity for signs of non-independent trading. If there is reasonable suspicion that a Trader did not trade independently, Leveraged may request an explanation and supporting evidence, and may disqualify the Trader if not satisfied.
8.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
Before any prize is released, winning Traders must complete Leveraged’s identity verification process, which may include:
- Government-issued photo identification (passport, national ID, or driver’s licence)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent, dated within the last 3 months)
- Any additional documentation required under applicable KYC or AML regulations
Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by Leveraged will result in the prize being forfeited. Leveraged will not release any prize to an unverified Trader.
8.3 Marketing Consent & Prize Conditions
As a condition of receiving any prize (Grand Prize or Daily Prize), the winning Trader must provide the following prior to payment being released:
- A high-quality selfie photograph of themselves, clearly showing their face, taken at the time of winning or upon request by Leveraged.
- Written confirmation (which registration and acceptance of these Terms constitutes) that Leveraged may publish the Trader’s full name and country of residence on all of Leveraged’s marketing and social media channels in connection with their prize win.
By submitting their selfie photograph, the winning Trader grants Leveraged an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute the photograph across all media channels — including but not limited to social media, the Leveraged website, email communications, and advertising materials — for marketing and promotional purposes, without further notice or compensation.
Failure to provide the selfie photograph or written consent within the timeframe specified by Leveraged will result in the prize being forfeited. No alternative arrangements will be made.
9. Eligibility
- The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over, worldwide, except where prohibited by applicable law.
- Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents of Leveraged, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to participate.
- Traders must not be subject to any sanctions, legal prohibitions, or restrictions that would prevent them from participating in trading competitions or receiving prize money.
- Participation is void where prohibited by applicable law. It is the Trader’s sole responsibility to ensure that their participation complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.
10. Fair Play, Prohibited Conduct & Disqualification
10.1 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification without refund or prize payment:
- Using automated trading bots, expert advisors, or algorithmic assistance not permitted under the Sprint program rules
- Coordinating or sharing trades with other Traders to manipulate scores or outcomes (collusion)
- Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or pricing anomalies
- Using multiple registrations or accounts to improve a score artificially
- Engaging in any form of market manipulation
- Providing false registration or identity information
- Allowing another person to trade on the Trader’s behalf (see Section 8.1)
- Any conduct that, in Leveraged’s reasonable judgment, is designed to circumvent the spirit of these Terms or the Competition
10.2 Disqualification
Leveraged reserves the right to disqualify any Trader at any stage of the Competition, in its sole and reasonable discretion, for any violation of these Terms or the Sprint program rules. Disqualified Traders forfeit all prizes and all entry fees for Sprint Challenges are non-refundable.
10.3 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding scores, rankings, or disqualifications must be submitted in writing to Leveraged within 5 business days of the disputed event or decision. Leveraged’s determination on all competition matters is final and binding. Leveraged will endeavour to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receipt.
11. Modifications, Cancellation & Force Majeure
Leveraged reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition, any phase thereof, or any prize, in the event of circumstances including but not limited to:
- Technical failures affecting the integrity of the Competition
- Regulatory or legal changes affecting the legality of the Competition
- Fraud or suspected fraud affecting the Competition
- Insufficient participation numbers
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, or any event beyond Leveraged’s reasonable control)
Material changes will be communicated to registered Traders with reasonable advance notice where possible. In the event of full cancellation prior to the Grand Prize being awarded, Leveraged’s liability is limited to the return of entry fees paid for unused Sprint Challenge accounts directly associated with the Competition, at Leveraged’s sole discretion.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Leveraged is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any Trader in connection with their participation in the Competition.
- Leveraged is not liable for any failure of technology, internet connectivity, or trading platforms — whether on Leveraged’s side or the Trader’s side — that affects a Trader’s ability to participate or compete.
- Leveraged’s total aggregate liability to any Trader in connection with the Competition shall not exceed the amount paid by that Trader for Sprint Challenge entry fees directly related to the Competition.
- Nothing in these Terms limits Leveraged’s liability for death or personal injury caused by Leveraged’s gross negligence, or for fraud.
13. Data Privacy
By registering, Traders consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data — including email address, nickname, and trading performance data — for the purposes of administering the Competition, communicating with Traders, awarding prizes, conducting KYC/AML checks, and promoting the Competition and Leveraged’s services.
Leveraged will handle personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the Leveraged website, and in compliance with applicable data protection legislation. Traders have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements.
14. General Provisions

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cyprus.
14.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Sprint program rules and Leveraged’s general Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement between Leveraged and each Trader with respect to the Competition, and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements.
14.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14.4 Waiver
Leveraged’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce such provision in the future.
